maize starch , water , sourdough 14% 18% (rice flour, water) , rice starch , rice syrup ,vegetable fibre (psyllium) , sunflower oil , millet flour 2,6% , soy protein , quinoa flour 1,7% ,thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ; yeast , salt , honey . May contain traces of lupine . LACTOSE FREE (lactose<0.007g/100g) .
