  • 500 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano


  1. Preheat the oven at 120°C.
  2. Cut the cherries in the middle.
  3. Put them on a baking plate covering the entire surface without putting them too close.
  4. Sprinkle with the garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the cherries with olive but not in excess.
  6. Place a few sprigs of thyme over tomatoes.
  7. Cook at 120 ° C for 1 hour and a half.
  8. Let them cool outside the oven.
  9. Serve them as a side dish, or add to your salad or pasta recipe.
