Raw Broccoli & Avocado Salad
- 500 g Broccoli (1 piece - large)
- 300 g Avocado Hass ( 3 pieces - small)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Toasted pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Raisins
Properly wash the broccoli and cut the stalk off with a sharp knife.
Separate the individual florets and place them in a large salad bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork and add them in the salad bowl.
Add some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add some toasted pine nuts and raisins.
